  • When to seek help?

If you have or know someone with an eating behaviour, get professional help quickly. You can contact CHAT for an assessment or contact the SGH Eating Disorders Programme at LIFE centre directly for professional help.

The earlier you seek treatment, the easier it will be for your doctor to help you overcome it.
