Help For Myself
If you are feeling,
- Depressed and hopeless;
- Alone with no one to talk to;
- You might want to hurt yourself or commit suicide.
If you have,
- Made a plan to hurt yourself;
- The means to hurt yourself e.g., you have pills or a weapon;
- And if you have attempted suicide or hurt yourself before.
Please get immediate help.
If you believe you will harm yourself shortly, please call 999 or get to the nearest hospital emergency now.

If you are in school, you can also speak to a teacher, a school counsellor, or approach a nurse or staff from your Student Health Services for additional support.
